David Myers
David Myers is the President of The Nennie Foundation. A loving husband to Jenn for 28 years, he served as her primary caregiver and source of support throughout her 10-year cancer battle. Dave and Jenn enjoyed a special love based on laughter, family, listening to hip-hop and a shared adoration of their dog babies. Dave has worked as a financial advisor since 1994. He is an avid golfer and was inducted to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016. He serves as President of the Nittany Country Club and is a diehard Penn State fan. Dave resides in Mingoville, Pennsylvania with his faithful companion, Lloyd.
Jillian Walker
Jillian Walker is the Vice President of The Nennie Foundation and younger sister of Jenn. Jillian and Jenn enjoyed many travel adventures together, to include trips to Italy, France, Indonesia, Chicago and Thailand. Jillian also cherished the time spent with Jenn at MD Anderson in Houston, TX. It was through Jenn that Jillian became interested in advocacy and was introduced to the amazing women of Cervivor. This provided an avenue for Jillian to learn about the non-profit landscape, and Jillian remains active in the Cervivor community. Jillian holds Masters Degree in International Affairs from the University of Pittsuburgh, a Non-Profit Business Owner certificate from the International Association of Professional Organizations (IAPO) and a certificate in Women in Leadership from eCornell. Jenn was an incredible aunt to Jillian’s children, Claire (19) and Silas (15). Jillian has worked as a civil servant for 20 years and lives with her son in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas.
Claire Patterson
Claire is the Secretary of The Nennie Foundation and the loving niece of Jenn. She also serves as the Foundation’s grant program manager and website manager. Living overseas for much of her childhood, Claire has many great memories of Jenn’s visits. During trips home to Pennsylvania, Claire looked forward to stays at Aunt Nennie’s house. Claire currently studies International Studies at the University of Denver. She hopes to someday pursue a career in public service or non-profit work.
Kimberly Williams
Kimberly Williams is a board member of the Nennie Foundation. Based in the greater Houston, Texas area, she is a seasoned social services worker with over 20 years of dedicated experience. Her career has been marked by a relentless commitment to ensuring fair treatment, high ethical standards, and comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and related conditions.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Law Enforcement, a Master’s Degree in Management, and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management. Her extensive educational background, coupled with her hands-on experience, positions her as a leading advocate for reducing inequality gaps and promoting fair treatment across diverse populations.
As a recurrent cervical cancer survivor, Kimberly channels her personal journey into her professional and advocacy work. She serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I.) Officer at Cervivor, where she leads initiatives to foster a more inclusive environment and advocate for equitable access to care.
